(WGTD)---A 35-year-old man was in Racine Court Wednesday on a charge of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide in the fatal shooting of his brother.
Bond for Cash'Juan Butler was set at $100,000.
According to the criminal complaint, the brother was fighting with his girlfriend and also with Butler.
When the brother advanced, Butler fired several times, killing the man.
Butler then fled to Kenosha where he was captured after a brief standoff.
Butler purportedly told investigators that he couldn't believe that he had shot his brother in that it all happened extremely quickly and he did not intend to do so.
The shooting occurred over the weekend in an apartment on College Ave.
