(WGTD)---In Racine Court this week, a 41-year-old woman was accused of having sexual contact with a 12-year-old boy, while in a separate case a 25-year-old man was accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl in the parking lot of a church.
Bond for Nelson Heckenkamp of Pewaukee was set at $200,000. According to the criminal complaint, Heckenkamp allegedly struck up a relationship with the cousin of a woman he'd been dating. A Caledonia police officer came across the pair late one night sitting in a car parked at Blessed Hope Independent Bible Fellowship. Both had been drinking, and the girl initially lied about her age. Charges against Heckenkamp include 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16, child enticement and using a computer to facilitate a sex crime.
Meanwhile, Kerry Hughes is being held on a $250,000 bond. She's accused of having sexual contact with a 12-year-old non-relative in a car and in her Burlington home. She also allegedly sent nude photos of herself to the boy and carried on inappropriate text-messaging conversations.
A possible similar case remains under investigation.
