Kenosha Harbor Market Wants Permanent Kitchen

There’s a new strategy in place for securing a permanent, year-round home for Kenosha Harbor Market. Market President Ray Forgianni says the first step is building a processing and demonstration kitchen that can be rented out to entrepreneurs. Speaking on the WGTD Morning Show last week, Forgianni says he hopes to have a downtown site secured by fall. And, as work is underway to grow the highly-successful Harbor Market, the organization’s two year-old satellite market in western Kenosha County prepares to open for the season. Westosha Market will be up and running at its new location at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds today. Westosha Market will be in operation each Wednesday—save for the week of the Kenosha County—from 2:30 to 6:30.
