(WGTD)---A push is underway to increase the number of exterior wall murals on buildings in Kenosha.
It's an initiative put forth by the Kenosha Community Foundation, the City of Kenosha and Kenosha Creative Space.
A call is going out to building owners who might have an interest in seeing art work on one of their underutilized walls. Artists are also being sought.
The goal is multi-faceted, and includes a desire to make the community more attractive, highlight the city's cultural and historical elements, create vibrant landmarks, enhance community pride and support the artists.
