Regency Mall is being sold to a Georgia-based company. Hull Property Group is a multi-faceted retail real estate acquisition, management & development company headquartered in Augusta- Georgia. It has a reputation for turning around shopping malls that are struggling, which explains why it's now in the process of buying Regency Mall in Racine from CB&L Associates. The deal for Regency Mall isn't quite finished, although CBL, in its latest financial statement, reported that "Hull Property has completed due diligence and posted a significant non-refundable deposit." Regency Mall has been around since 1981, under ownership of CBL since 2000.
