Another small step towards getting Kenosha’s troubled Dream Playground re-opened. Some prospective contractors visited the fully-accessible playground---inside Kenosha’s Petzke Park---yesterday.
The Kenosha News is reporting the contractors were there to take a look at the problem flooring and talk with city officials who will begin taking bids to completely replace the faulty rubberized floor.
