From WGTD News:

New charges are expected to be filed Thursday against a former pastor at Kenosha's Journey Church. 41-year-old Gabriel Mills is already facing charges for allegedly stealing photos from a parishioner's phone. Those images were purportedly nude or partially-nude photos of the man's wife. Police say a second victim from the church has now emerged in a separate but similar case. Mills was re-arrested after his preliminary hearing Wednesday. He's already posted bail.

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report on the death of a Union Pacific worker in Kenosha last month. 34-year-old Austin Raysby of Burlington was struck and killed by a Metra train on Kenosha's elevated tracks. According to the report, Raysby was a conductor who had left the engine cab to check on a wheel on a car that was possibly overheating. The report notes that the accident occurred on or near a curve, and that visibility was impeded by a grove of trees along the track. A final report on the incident is expected next year.
