In honor of the Racine Literacy Council's 60th anniversary, we speak with executive director Laura Sumner Coon. We also welcome into our studios a volunteer tutor as well as a participant in the family literacy program. The RLC is celebrating its 60th anniversary with a festive banquet this Saturday evening.
