Sarah’s primary goal as an educational developer is to advance teaching that is accessible, inclusive, and equitable for an increasingly diverse student population. To this end, she provides consultations and workshops on inclusive teaching practices and course design. In addition, Sarah specializes in conflict transformation—that is, engaging conflict constructively — as a tool for teaching and learning.
