(WGTD)--- In a press briefing this afternoon, Governor Tony Evers announced today that all bars and restaurants in the State of Wisconsin will be allowed to stay open as long as they follow cleaning and social distancing guidlines. Evers announced via Twitter that all mass gatherings of 50 people or more are now banned effective at midnight tonight. Daycare centers, hospitals, food pantries, and grocery stores are exempt from the order. Restaurants will be allowed to stay open as long as they operate at 50 percent capacity or have 50 or less patrons, whichever is less. The administration said that those who violate the order could face fines and/or imprisionment and that local officals and police departments will enforce the order.
