We explore the experience of a young artist from Philadelphia named Christian Patchell who was diagnosed with cancer of the tongue. His intriguing book "I put the 'Can' in 'Cancer'" chronicles how he used drawing and sketching as a means to maintain his confidence and sense of self as he underwent radiation and chemotherapy.
