August 26, 2010 marked the 90th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote. In this program, host Linda Flashinski talks with three women who have been active in women's issues and who reflect on this anniversary and the changes for women over the years. Linda's guests are: Margo Drummond, a writer, educator, and historian; Rachel Trobaugh, a community activist and former president of the Racine chapter of NOW, the National Organization of Women; and Joan Roan, a community activist, a retired engineer, and someone who knew Olympia Brown many years ago. The three guests discuss what has changed and what still needs to change for woman to have real equality in today's world.
