A replay of a February 2009 program. Steve Brown's guests this morning are Kenneth W. Starr (Dean of the School of Law at Pepperdine University and former Special Prosecutor in the President Clinton Whitewater Investigation) and John Tinker, whose 1969 U.S. Supreme Court case (Tinker v. Des Moines) remains the landmark case dealing with the rights of high school students. Also joining in this discussion of the rights of high school students is Northeastern Illinois University Professor of Educational Leadership, Dr. Howard Bultinck.
