Steve Brown's guests today are: Segment 1: John Tinker, whose 1969 landmark U.S. Supreme Court case of "Tinker v. Des Moines" confirmed the First Amendment rights of public school students; In Segment 2: Steve's guests are Ray Koukari (Dean of the Racine campus of Gateway Technical College) and also Cheryl Ucakar,IT Division Chair. Ray and Cheryl joined Steve from Morocco, where they were involved in a grant program between Gateway and a university in Morocco.
