(WGTD)---A rally to oppose many Trump administration actions and to show support for the LGBTQ community, public education, the nation's park system, America's traditional allies and democracy in general will be held Saturday morning in Kenosha's Civic Center Park.
The 10 a.m. event is being organized by the Kenosha County Democratic Party. The park is located just south of the Kenosha County Courthouse.
A news release indicates that four members of Wisconsin's congressional delegation have been invited to speak. They are Democrats Tammy Baldwin and Gwen Moore and Republicans Ron Johnson and Bryan Steil.
Attendees are being encouraged to bring homemade "family-friendly messaged" signs.
The protest will be held rain or shine, according to the release. The forecast calls for mostly sunny with a high near 33, just a couple of degrees cooler than the normal high for this time of year.
